📦 Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders within Canada
    Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

We primarily ship via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator, depending on the destination and service level selected.


🌍 International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited International Shipping: 7–8 business days

  • Free International Shipping: Available on orders over $250
    Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.


📬 Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO

We ship to addresses within Canada, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.


📧 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.


🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.


📦 Damaged or Lost Items

Kia Concept Store is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods

  2. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
