Returns + Exchanges
At Kia Concept Store, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer store credit to help you find a better fit. As a small business, we do not offer refunds.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted on most items, except final sale items or those marked as non-refundable in the product description.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Timeframes

Exchanges or store credit must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

Timeframes are based on the delivery date listed on tracking information.
4. Return Process

Email us at info@kiaconceptstore.com to request a return.

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued via email.
5. Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds.

Approved returns will receive store credit for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping).

Store credit will be sent within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
6. Return Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Keep all packaging and take clear photos for a courier claim, if needed.
8. Gifts

If marked as a gift, returns will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient.

Otherwise, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
