Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges and refunds are accepted, except for sale products and items marked as non-refundable in their descriptions. Please read product descriptions carefully.
  • Certain products are not refundable or exchangeable; refer to each item’s description.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Period:

  • Exchanges: Within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refunds: Within 7 days of receipt.
  • The period is counted from the delivery date marked by the tracking number. After this period, we cannot offer refunds to ensure limited quantity items are available for other customers.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • Contact customer service within 2 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

  • Contact customer service at orders@kiaconceptstore.com to initiate a return.
  • If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you if your return qualifies for exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Costs and Responsibilities:

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.

Lost or Missing Shipments:

  • If the tracking number indicates the item is lost, we will refund the purchase.
  • If marked as delivered but not received, report to the courier for investigation. We are not responsible once the item is marked delivered.

Address Changes:

  • We can only return to the original address unless an address change request is submitted before shipment. Contact info@kiaconceptstore.com for address change procedures.

Gifts:

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for returns. If not, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Order Verification:

  • Verification and processing take one business day. Ensure billing information matches your credit card records to prevent delays. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information.

Promotions:

  • Only one promotional code can be used per purchase, even if multiple codes are active.
